IntegraLife International Limited “IntegraLife” is part of the IntegraFin Holdings plc (IntergraFin) Group and sister company to Intergrated Financial Arrangements Ltd, operator of the Transact platform.

IntegraLife issue the Transact Offshore Bond, one of the many wrap products offered by the IntegraFin group.

In common with all wraps provided by the group, the Offshore Bond provides access to a comprehensive range of funds via the Transact platform for advisers and their clients. In harnessing technology and systems developed and pioneered in Australia, where wraps were originally developed, the group has gone from strength to strength to become a market leader in the UK wrap sector.  

Transact been rated the best platform by advisory professionals in an independent study by research company CoreData Research UK every year from 2010 to 2023.

In March 2018 IntegraFin Holdings plc (the parent company of the group) successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index. As at March 2024 Transact has over £61 billion of funds under direction on behalf of 231,500 investor clients.
